Submitting an inquiry does not stop or delay foreclosure. A potential property transaction is subject to title review, lien payoff, mortgage payoff, lender requirements, closing requirements, and applicable deadlines. No offer, purchase, closing, foreclosure-prevention result, equity amount, surplus amount, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Property owners should consult their mortgage servicer, a qualified attorney, a tax professional, or an approved housing counselor regarding their circumstances.

Submitting a form or requesting a consultation does not obligate you or us to enter into any transaction. Any written proposal we provide is non-binding until a written purchase agreement has been signed by both parties. You are never obligated to accept any offer we make.

Our text-messaging program is optional. The Website presents two separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes — one for transactional and operational messages and one for marketing and promotional messages. Both boxes are unchecked by default, and you can submit the property form without checking either box.

Opt-in method. You opt in to the SMS Program by checking one or both consent boxes on our form. Each consent statement, the timestamp, the phone number submitted, and the originating page URL are recorded at the time of submission.

Types of messages. If you opt in to transactional messages, we may send property-inquiry follow-up, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, requested-offer communications, and service updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may send real estate-related updates, offers, announcements, and marketing communications.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies, up to approximately 4 messages per month per program.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

HELP. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@nqsassetsolutions.com or 215-402-7157.

STOP. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Recognized opt-out keywords include STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages from that program.

SMS privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, inquiry submission, or receiving a property review. Marketing consent is separate from transactional consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Informal dispute resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us in writing at info@nqsassetsolutions.com and describe the dispute in reasonable detail. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Arbitration procedure. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules. Arbitration will take place in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, or another mutually agreed location, and the arbitrator's award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Arbitration opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@nqsassetsolutions.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms, including your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.

Court proceedings where arbitration does not apply. If arbitration is found not to apply to a particular claim, or if you validly opt out of arbitration, the claim will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
