What we do

We work directly with property owners across a range of situations: homeowners behind on mortgage payments, families managing inherited property, landlords ready to exit, owners of vacant or distressed homes, and landowners looking for a straightforward sale. When it's a fit, we purchase properties directly. When it isn't, we're comfortable pointing you toward better resources.

How we work

Every conversation starts with listening. We take time to understand your situation before recommending anything, and we don't push people toward decisions. If we make a written proposal, you're free to review it, ask questions, and take your time deciding. Nothing you share with us is used for marketing or shared with third parties for that purpose.

Who we are

NQS Asset Solutions is a trade name operated by NUATM LLC. We're intentionally small so that every property owner works with someone who knows their file. Our team has experience across residential real estate, land transactions, and working through situations that traditional listings can't easily accommodate.

What we're not

We're not attorneys, lenders, mortgage servicers, housing counselors, or a foreclosure rescue company. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. For those services we're happy to point you toward reputable resources, including HUD-approved housing counselors.
